- Candidates are housed and pre-trained in Bangkok, so most are ready to interview within days and placed in under 30 days. We send you an active roster with roles, experience, and earliest available start dates on request.

- What training do your helpers complete before placement?
- Every helper completes conversational English, manners and etiquette, housekeeping and cleaning, cooking, and a caretaker track covering newborn, child, adult, disability, or elderly care, so she arrives ready to work in a Singapore home.
- Are your helpers experienced in elderly and childcare?
- Yes. Our caretaker training covers newborn care and infant CPR, childcare for ages 2 to 12, working-adult household support, disability and mobility care, and elderly medication and soft-food care. Many candidates also have prior Singapore experience.
