- Our helpers are Burmese (Myanmar) women, recruited and housed at our Bangkok facility for pre-departure training before they are placed in Singapore. Many already have prior Singapore or overseas experience in childcare, elderly care, and housekeeping.
- What roles can a Burmese helper fill?
- We place home caretakers for general housekeeping and family support, childcare helpers, elderly-care caretakers, and home chefs. Each helper is trained in English, manners, housekeeping, cooking, and a caretaker track before she is matched to a Singapore household.
