Before we take you on as a client

We only can take on women clients at the moment, NO men employee candidates.

We work with overseas Burmese workers, no candidates inside Burma. We can work together once you are physically outside of Burma and show verifiable proof.

The first two requirements below are mandatory before we can formally represent you.

    • We will not proceed without a certificate.
    • Singapore employers require it, and we will not represent a candidate who has not been cleared.
  3. 03Conditional

    Employer-specific certifications

Some Singapore employers require third-party certifications. The most common ones are English-language proficiency and a recognised cooking qualification. If your target role calls for one, we will point you to the right provider and time it around your placement.

Employers that require these higher certifications usually offer higher paid compensation for you.

Once steps 1 and 2 are complete we can formally take you on as a client and begin matching you with employers in Singapore.

We can then begin relevant training if you are physically staying with us (see All Training) and begin interviews with agencies and employers for job offers.

All our employee candidates, including remote placements, go through English and Etiquette training.
